Data deletion

You can ask us to delete your personal data and any materials you shared with us at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Email contact@adrebound.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Write from the email address you used with us, so we can verify the request.
3. Tell us whether you want everything deleted, or only certain files (for example, your uploaded ads or the sample we made).

What happens next

• We confirm your request within 5 business days.
• We delete your data and project files within 30 days, including from our working storage and form records.
• We may keep limited records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices and payment records.

Automatic deletion

If you received a free sample and did not buy a package, we delete the sample and the materials you sent us after 30 days without you asking.
